By completing a purchase from Pureland International Qi Gong, The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong, Master Teresa W. Y. Yeung, PurelandQiGong.com, Changetheenergykeepthechange.com or any of our online platforms such as Teachable and Setmore, I agree to accept, and understand all of the following:

I am over the 18 years old and/or  I am authorized as an agent to sign this Agreement for all of my included family members as well as any person, whether adults, minors  who are or will be practicing Qi Gong or receiving a Qi Balancing Sessions also called Fa Chi from Master Teresa Yeung, Pureland International Qi Gong, The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong, her associates, practitioners and instructors. I understand that there is no guarantee of any results. There is NO REFUND on all purchases and services.

It is fully understood by me that although many people, pets and animals have experienced improvement of health after practicing Qi Gong and receiving Qi Gong Energy Work, Remote Qi Balancing Healing Services, Fa Chi Sessions, Master Teresa Yeung (now referred as Master Teresa), Pureland International Qi Gong, the Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong or its associates, practitioners or instructors do not promise or guarantee health improvements based on the practicing of Qi Gong, receiving of Remote Qi Balancing, Fa Chi “sending chi”  or In-Person Sessions.

Master Teresa Yeung, it’s associates, practitioners, instructors, students of Pureland International Qi Gong or The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong do not give any diagnoses or suggestions for medication and Qi Gong/Tai Chi should not be used as an alternative to my medical treatments for you or your animals.  It is understood that if there are illnesses, especially mental problems, medical doctor or psychologist should be consulted before your practicing Qi Gong/Tai Chi or receiving of Qi Balancing Sessions remotely online, telephone or in-person. You take full responsibility for your animals or pets to receive Qi Balancing Sessions for them at your risk.

Master Teresa, Pureland International Qi Gong or The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong, its associates, practitioners, instructors and students do not diagnose nor treat any sickness. Although Master Teresa, , Pureland International Qi Gong or The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong, its associates, practitioners and instructors have been trained, they are not a licensed physician or surgeon, or a medical doctor.  Neither Qi Gong, Remote or In-person Qi Balancing sessions nor any instruction is intended to replace or substitute for proper care and medical treatment by a licensed physician, surgeon and medical doctor.

I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assignees, hereby release and forever discharge Master Teresa Yeung and her Company and its associates, practitioners, instructors forever by purchasing these services. I agree to indemnify and save harmless Master Teresa W. Y. Yeung, her company  or its associates, practitioners. students and instructors against from all loss, costs, claims or demands in respect to any health problems or loss of money which may arise related or unrelated of my practicing Qi Gong, and receiving of Qi Balancing Sessions or Remote Fa Chi Healing Services.  There are no refunds for any services.
